At Köşem Hisarönü Restaurant - the first place that comes to mind when you think of a village breakfast in Marmaris - all dishes are made using local village products. In the kitchen, Mother Ayşe Tok and her female team prepare breakfast and meals, while the business is run by her son, İbrahim Tok.
At Köşem Hisarönü Restaurant, natural products such as free-range eggs and chicken raised by the Tok family are served alongside fresh fruits and vegetables supplied by other villagers from Hisarönü.

Since 1996, Köşem Hisarönü has kept the “Natural Village Breakfast Tradition from Farm to Table” alive. The venue can serve groups of up to 100 people at the same time, and it also features a children’s playground, offering extra fun for younger guests.
At Köşem Hisarönü, guests can enjoy all-day traditional Turkish breakfast, village-style bread baked in a wood oven, pide, pizza, lahmacun, and a variety of grilled meat dishes. On Saturday evenings, the atmosphere is elevated with live music. AjansCANKA
