THE 2026 TOURISM SEASON KICKS OFF IN ANTALYA WITH TWO FAIRS UNDER ONE ROOF
The 36th International Food and Beverage Specialized Fair – Anfaş Food Product will be held between January 6–9, 2026 at the Antalya Anfaş Fair and Congress Center.
One of Turkey’s two most established specialized fairs, the 36th International Accommodation and Hospitality Equipment Specialized Fair – Anfaş Hotel Equipment, brings together the entire supply chain of the accommodation and hospitality equipment sector along with the food and beverage industries on a single shared platform. Hotel, restaurant, café, chain market, and catering professionals will discover all the elements that shape the guest experience under one roof. A comprehensive 360-degree ecosystem of products and services—from industrial kitchen and accommodation equipment to interior design solutions, from food and beverage products to cold chain, logistics, and packaging technologies—will meet visitors over four days.
Organized through the cooperation of ANFAŞ Fair Organization and TT Global Fair Organization, the fair aims to establish strong commercial bridges between national and international buyers, investors, hotel and restaurant chains, and suppliers. Innovations shaping the future vision of the accommodation and hospitality equipment sector as well as the food and beverage industry, sustainability solutions, and technology-focused new business models will be at the center of attention for visitors.
Lokman Arslan, Chairman of the Board of TT Global Fair Organization, emphasized that the fairs create a strategic platform for Turkish tourism and related sectors, noting that the event will bring together the accommodation and hospitality equipment sector and the food and beverage industry on an international stage.
INTERNATIONAL HOUSEKEEPING OLYMPICS WILL ADD COLOR TO THE FAIR
Organized by the Hotel Housekeeping Training and Decoration Association (HOTED), headquartered in Alanya, the “11th HOTED International Housekeeping Olympics” will once again be one of the most colorful highlights of the fair this year.
Teams from the Aegean region—İzmir (İKHED), Kuşadası (KUŞHED), Bodrum (BODKED), Fethiye (FOKED), and Marmaris (MAHED)—will participate in the Housekeeping Olympics and compete in the event. Written by Ata SEVGİ AjansCANKA
